Well hello! It seems you have found my blog. Welcome, and I hope you enjoy.

The problem with conventional wisdom is that it often masquerades as common sense.

This is my notebook, my blog where I write about everything and nothing. So that explains the many subjects. I’m a generalist, so I write about whatever is interesting. And I like to analyse. So some articles will be longer, some shorter. Many will combine areas in new ways that are perhaps a bit novel, but we all could be a bit more critical, yes?

The blog itself is meant as my own personal sandbox. This means that the content will be re-arranged sometimes, maybe the layout will change. This supports what I do regularly – a few of my own businesses and some project management and web development as a freelancer.

This question, along with a generally confused expression, is what I’ve gotten used to over the past few months. I knew I had to relocate from Belgium, both for finances (it’s an expensive place), personal sanity and visa reasons. So, to make life easy – I can simply give the TL;DR version in conversation, and let people read all the great reasons I chose Georgia over here J
